Since the age of 10 my grandmother has been teaching me the recipes of the Cilento tradition but above all she helps me to understand that food can be a way to tell the tradition, the present and the future of a territory. After having made experiences in various structures, I feel the need to know the Haute Cuisine, this leads me to work for three years alongside starred chefs then the return to Cilento at the Hotel La Pineta in Acciaroli, where with the full availability of the property and the continuous search for quality products we try to melt Mare, Terra and Cilento in an authentic embrace.
My goal? Telling my passion for cooking one bite after another.
